Audited Supplier HGM9510 generator set parallel controller is used for manual/automatic paralleling systems of multiple generator sets of the same capacity or different capacities, and is suitable for constant power output of a single generator set and mains connection to the grid, to realize automatic start-up, shutdown/parallel operation of the generator set, Data measurement, alarm protection and "three remote" functions. The controller adopts a large-screen liquid crystal (LCD) graphic display, which can display Chinese, English and other multiple languages. It is easy to operate and reliable in operation.
The HGM9510 generator set parallel controller has the function of controlling GOV and AVR. It can automatically synchronize and load share, and connect in parallel with the generator set equipped with the HGM9510 controller. The controller accurately monitors various working conditions of the generator set. When the generator set is working abnormally, it will automatically detach from the busbar, shut down the generator set, and display the fault status on the LCD. The controller has a SAE J1939 interface and can communicate with a variety of EFI engine ECUs (ENGINE CONTROL UNIT) with J1939 interfaces.
HGM9510 generator set parallel controller adopts 32-bit microprocessor technology to realize functions such as precise measurement, fixed value adjustment, timing and threshold setting of various parameters. Most parameters can be adjusted from the front panel of the controller, and all parameters can be adjusted using a PC. The machine can be adjusted through the USB interface, and a PC can be used for adjustment and monitoring through the RS485 interface. It has compact structure, simple wiring and high reliability, and can be widely used in various types of generator set automatic parallel systems.
