HGM4000N series genset controllers integrate digitization, intelligentization and network technology which are used for genset automation and monitor control system of single unit to achieve automatic start/stop, data measurement, alarm protection and etc. functions. It fit with LCD display, optional languages interface (Chinese, English, Spanish, Russian, Turkish, French, Portugal, and Polish), and it is reliable and easy to use.

HGM4000N series genset controllers adopt micro-processor technology with precision parameters measuring, fixed value adjustment, time setting and set value adjusting and etc. All parameters can be configured from front panel or through programmable interface (USB or RS485 interface) via PC. It can be widely used in all types of automatic genset control system with compact structure, advanced circuits, simple connections and high reliability.

 

Features

1. The LCD is 132x64, with backlight, eight languages (Chinese, English, Spanish, Russian, Turkish, French, Portuguese, Polish) display, touch button operation;

2. The screen protection is made of hard screen acrylic material, which has good wear resistance and scratch resistance;

3. Using silicone panel and buttons, it has strong ability to adapt to high and low temperature environments;

4. It has RS485 communication interface and can realize "three remote" functions by using MODBUS protocol;

5. It has a CAN BUS interface that can be connected to an EFI machine equipped with J1939. It can not only monitor the common data of the EFI machine (such as water temperature, oil pressure, rotation speed, fuel consumption, etc.), but also control startup, shutdown, etc. through the CANBUS interface. High speed and low speed, etc. (need to use a controller with CAN BUS interface);

6. Suitable for three-phase four-wire, three-phase three-wire, single-phase two-wire, two-phase three-wire (120V/240V) power supply 50Hz/60Hz system;
